Good Points

Great facilities for kids, gorgeous setting and close to the beach. Menu choice in the buffet typically good. When we complained about a noise nuisance right above us the hotel staff were fantastic - very efficient and dealt with the matter expeditiously.


Bad Points

Very poor customer service in the Tapas and Italian restaurants on site with a limited menu and particularly poor food in the Tapas restaurant. 40 students arrived on our second week aged 17-18 yrs causing night time mayhem which was unacceptable and our complaint was not well received by the rep! We felt that as a family resort it was totally unbelievable of first choice to place these students above families with young babies and children. The entertainment for children didn't start until 8pm which we found far too late with a 22mth old and a 4yr old. The entertainment was also poor for adults at night.


General Comments

I would visit the resort again on improvement of the customer service and menu choices in the 'specialist' restaurants. This was a big let-down for us. The childrens clubs were great and the staff in these top class, our 4yr old loved them!
