Good Points

Price. Suction. Tools. Look of cleaner is fine. The engineer that came out to look at it because of my complint about the noise was very pleasant, but, the vacuum still screams like a banshee when he left so giving it a week to see if the motor beds in!


Bad Points

Noise - the high pitch noise over and above the cyclone is unbelivable, cannot vacuum more than one room before noise in unbearable.


General Comments

Had the DC01 and just snapped handle. Will be looking to get new one! So after looking around, loved my old dyson so decided on the DC07 - the cleaning on carpet is fantastic and still fascinates me how much dirt ends up the the cylinder BUT and it is a massive BUT the noise is tooooo painful, surely there is a noise level cap for items such as this not sure it will get any better
