Good Points

Lots of little known artists.


Bad Points

Difficult to search though.


General Comments

I have alread made a review of eMusic and it was not very positive because they charged me wrongly and would not refund my money no matter how hard I tried to explain myself to them. However, I am pleased to report that once I contacted the BBB - eMusic got right ahold of me and totally refunded my money. So I am happy that they did end up doing the right thing, even if I had to spur it on a little. The BBB is a great agency - I recommend if you run into problems to go to their website and file a complaint. They really fight for the underdogs' rights!
