Bad Points

Updates on 24th October 08 were downloaded and both Vista machines crashed on restart. Numerous attempts to reinstall, calls to help desk and them taking over one machine remotely to try to solve the problem have all failed. Comment I get now is - we know there is a problem but we don't know when it will be fixed! The XP laptop works but the front page of AOL is corrupt. I don't want to start on the AOL 'help' line, my blood pressure is not up to it!


General Comments

I have the 3 licence Internet Security on my 3 machines. Two running Vista and a laptop with XP and my ISP is AOL. All worked well until 24th October 08 then see below...
I have paid up front for a service which I do not get. The help desk is always 'we are receiving an unusually high number of calls' so one can't get through. Emails takes days for a reply and don't address the problem. I used to be a strong supporter of AVG and happy to pay for a full program but no more.
