Good Points

Reseller package is extremely good value. Control panels are really easy to understand and comprehensive...


Bad Points

Occasionally (and I do mean occasionally) their servers can be a little slow


General Comments

I have had a Heart Internet reseller account since February 2007 and in all honesty read some of their reviews with amazement. One of the problems presumably is people generally only write reviews if the have a gripe about the company. The silent masses go happily on without ever thinking of writing a review. I have therefore decided to break my silence! I have found their customer support absolutely excellent. Although only contactable via the ticket system, I have always had a fast, informative responses. The control the reseller system gives me is fantastic and my customers find their control panels easy to understand as well. My only possible criticism of Heart is that the servers sometimes can be slow, but this is rare and seems prone to some servers more than others. However, I'm sure this is most probably true of all hosts and I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Heart Internet.
