No internet facility, no standing orders, direct debits, credit card. A very basic account!
General Comments
Personal counter service, rarely have to queue, manager at my local Nationwide knows me, can call branch - no call centres, reliable, open Saturdays, not in trouble! One of only 2 banks in my local town now that the big boys have pulled out.
Banking like it used to be: A friendly, personal, local service.
