Good Points

Great flexibility: makes excellent pizza dough as well as superb bread.


Bad Points

Has given everyone in the kitchen a fright when it suddenly jumps into action in the middle of the night. But never moved at all on the counter, and never woke anyone up.


General Comments

The Panasonic SD253 Breadmaker is superb, superb, superb. I used to put on a loaf before going to bed at night: the whole process including loading the nuts/seeds dispenser and setting the programme and timer took 3 minutes flat. Durability is rock-solid: used ours daily for 2 years, and only gave it up due to immigration rules into New Zealand!
