Good Points

Its a BEAUTIFUL tree..... when its working


Bad Points

A whole section of lights go out.. and no way to fix them.


General Comments

I paid about $250 for my DrFestive tree from Boto Inc. Its an amazingly beautiful tree when its working. All the strands worked for 1.5 christmas'. One whole section went out in the middle of the holiday season. :(
I changed the fuses, like the directions tell you to do, and they were fine. Mine is a prelit with "Surebright" technology, (never out) so it still works even when a bulb is out. The directions say you don't have to check all the bulbs, Thank the Lord. So I emailed the company that bought out Boto, Inc., Polygroup, to see if they will help me fix my tree or if they will do anything to help me..... So untill I hear something from them, I am not happy with my product...
