Very friendly helpful staff, which went out of their way to help me.
Appointments not always needed- I just dropped in.
Bad Points
Main area quite small, many dresses seem to be kept elsewhere but were brought out when needed.
General Comments
I popped in not thinking I'd find a dress as I had a very modest budget and I am a size 16.
When I arrived the lady went out of her way to ask questions as to what i was after but they had nothing in store for me. She said she'd look in their other store and call her manager. They would call me if anything came up. About an hour later I had a call to my mobile and they had a selection for me to try.
After a lot of helpful advice I decided on a beautiful gown which they sold at the price I was willing to go to.
I was very very happy.
