General Comments
Very happy with loss, but scared of what might happen. Reading horror stories of how people put on even more weight than they lost. I am meticulously deciding daily the foods I intend to introduce into my new life style. I think the people who gained big amounts of weight were at fault themselves. After such a struggle of abstaining to go back to old ways is a SHAME. Where is the will power?
