Good Points

There is no good points with the business account, they need to give you the same internet banking services for personal accounts if they want to keep their customers happy.


Bad Points

I can't understand why calls get answered by someone who in turns put you through another colleague that would ask you for the same information each time, oblivious that the calls are at your expense, you cannot even transfer funds between your very own accounts and has a limit less than a personal account for each transaction, again the winner being the bank as there is a fee each time you make a foreign payment. Missing statements... one solution... call the bank and 'wait' for it to turn up, if they dont show up, call the bank again?


General Comments

HSBC has got high ratings in the past, they should know customers need to have vital information when it comes to business banking as we need to secure a trusting relationship when it comes to doing business with others and annoyingly our bank is the one that fail us first.
