Bad Points

All bad. No success with it. Rang Hauppage and was informed that there had been problems but now all fixed. Not true in my estimation. Spent a whole day trying to get it to work.

General Comments

Returned the product to the supplier, at my expense, in order to get a refund of the purchase price. None, wasted several hours trying to get it to work - no success. Looking on the Web there seems to be comments of it not working.
