General Comments
I experienced poor communication, I did not receive a response to emails or phone calls or anything. Took money out of my account but I didn't receive the items.
I ordered a guinea pig cage and they finally sent it out (but none of the other items I ordered were received) but it was the wrong size, much smaller, and one of the clips to hold the base and top together was missing.
Will not be using Pet Points again.. The items may be good value but I didn't receive my complete order so what's the point?!
I completely agree with kimcos3's review- my experience has been identical.
