General Comments

Late delivery from Lazybone initially - the site states 3-4 days and I waited over a week to receive an INCOMPLETE order, and the item I did receive was broken!
Received NO delivery since then at all - since flagging up the incomplete order I have neither heard from Lazybone nor received any item I have paid for yet.
BROKEN items - I had to pay again myself to return the only item I did receive, which looked badly packaged and smashed to bits. Since the return I've again heard nothing - another 2 weeks has passed...
Received no contact - they never answer the phone number given whenever I've tried it and I have not yet received a reply to my messages on the website, enquiring as to the whereabouts of my order.
Money (including the postage which some other sites do not charge) had gone from my account in a couple of days from the point of ordering, but I have no items to show for it. I've now waited a month and have received nothing I ordered in good condition, and no contact from the 'Team' (whoever they may be).

I feel angry, disappointed and out-of-pocket with none of my items having been received doesn't even begin to describe how I feel about the disappointing service I have experienced.

I would advise to use IWOOT or Firebox instead - they always have a brilliant service and open lines of communication and I wish I hadn't tried another site in the first place.
