General Comments

I ordered a year old Ford Focus that was supposed to be in their stocks, available in 8-10 days, back in October 2008. I paid my deposit, filled in the paperwork and very reluctantly, paid the full amount for the car. After numerous phone calls asking for a receipt to show that I've paid, got nothing, not even the calls giving progress of the order as they had promised. After 10 days, I had to call them, got told they are waiting for car registration and will call me back. No call back, I had to call them. I was told they were waiting for the V5 form to be sent from Ford to the supplier and that will take two weeks. Now 3 weeks later, I called again as they hadn't called like they said they would and was told that they will chase the supplier for the car and documents. Just called them again today and have been told that they are waiting for the car to be 'de-fleeted' by Ford and so can't pick it up for a week. I asked for my money back and have been told that I have to e-mail them requesting it and it will take 30 days for the refund.

    I am in the same position.Pre Reg ordered Sept still waiting .I paid in full last week but still no sign of the car, just one excuse after another. I fear that no refund will be made & I will have lost all my money. No receipts have been sent despite numerous calls. They never call you back and seems to be only 2 guys working there. I think they are about to go bust, there is something very strange happening.

    Just spent most of today calling them and was kept on hold. Tried their main number and customer services number. I waited over 30 minutes on each number, I think they have done a runner! I am going to call trading standards and see what I can do. I am so angry.
