Very well managed, offered me a free upgrade as my product wasn't in stock, delivered in 20 hours!


General Comments

I bought a York 50kg cast iron weight set from Fitness Megastore, as mine were starting to look a little worse for ware. I found them on the net and really liked their website, and price. After I ordered the weights, I had a call from them within the hour saying that they had just ran out of stock and it would take at least 2 weeks to get here, however they offered me a 50kg chrome set for the same price, with NEXT DAY delivery. So of course I agreed! Well, it came the next morning at 9:30am. I have finally found a company on the net who takes good care of their customers. Will certainly be buying more from them in the near future.
