General Comments

No compensation for damages. Check has been in the mail since Aug 28, almost 3 months. Excuses, excuses.
My flight was Jul. 16. I had luggage repaired on good faith check was coming as promised. NO phone contact. No "person" to talk to. My first review of them (before this issue turned out to be a nightmare) was good. I take it all back.
