Good Points

Worked like a fridge freezer for 12 months.....


Bad Points

Then the fridge stopped working


General Comments

Thank you so much to everyone here for their reviews..... you've saved us time and money with our Hotpoint FF187E..... as advised by many of you, after removing the back panel inside the freezer, we discovered an iceburg of Titanic proportions, firmly stuck and blocking the vent that takes the cool air to the fridge. Once this was removed, all's now working again. Have taken photo of the iceberg and will be sending to Hotpoint with a letter from a very disgruntled customer. Their Customer Service centre didn't suggest a solution and we were on the verge of having to call out either their own engineer for £99 or find someone local. We were 4 days outside the 12 month guarantee. Unbelievable to think we will almost certainly be doing this again after a few months. What a load of rubbish. Frost Free?
