General Comments

I attempted to fly on Eurofly twice. The first time they cancelled my direct flight to Palermo. So they put us on next flight to Rome, connecting on separate flight to Palermo, the delayed our whole trip about a day.
During my next attempt the same thing happened on a direct to Naples from JFK, except this time the next offered flight was 2 days later. Accordingly, we had to buy ticket to Naples at airport on another airline. Eurofly never refunded us the money, nor even helped us book a flight on another airline.
