I didn't receive my photos
General Comments
When I ordered my photos I was really pleased that I had found a website that was cheap, intuitive to use, and offered me everything I wanted. Now I know I will never use this site again. I do not normally write reviews, but the service I received was spectacularly bad in my opinion.
The tracking system told me my photos had been dispatched a day after the order. One week later I had received nothing. I tried emailing the company through their OWN WEBSITE and received a message in my email inbox saying my message to them was detected as SPAM and therefore not delivered!
Having finally sent a few messages, I got a response telling me that my photos were stuck in customs, and that I would have to wait at least one MONTH before they could do anything about it. Of course, one month later nothing had arrived, so I emailed them again. After three consecutive days of emailing, they finally tell me that they will give me a refund. Which I did receive. Some small blessing for what I feel was otherwise a ridiculous experience. 1.5 months of waiting, and in the end no photos. I should have received them within three days!
I would not recommend this site.
