Yes it is very quite, but you get used to it.
It is VERY slow, but again something you get used to.
General Comments
Great looks, big screen, easy to use as are all samsungs. Read some other Samsung u900 reviews about signal - I dont have a problem with signal so it must be the area you're in. You can customise almost every part of the display. Great phone, all my mates want one. Not over the top with touch sensitive key pads! would recommend!
