Good Points

delivered on specified day. the bed was sumptuous every thing we wanted. took up a 10 year guarantee for peace of mind in any eventually. i.e. would replace any damages to mattress if for example a spring came through during the guarantee.


Bad Points

the bed was apparently delivered with a hidden fault the springs had not been attached to the divan base during manufacture. therefore the mattress this side had no support. i have a back problem and during 6 months of use i did not realise that the mattress had no support.


General Comments

when contact was made to Dreams PLC customer services they insisted on provision of photo's to access the damage even though they were told the noise it was making could not be photographed. they eventually sent out an upholsturer who tied the springs to the wooden frame with string. told me there was a well in the mattress but it was ok. we complained but are now having to send in photo's of the damage to the mattress to be assessed by the customer service department.
