Good Points

Competitive pricing,they now see off ebuyer-no mean feat.
Some absolute bargains occasionally.
The Superspecials are good deals.


Bad Points

The shipping cost can really take the edge off the deal-allowing ebuyer to gain back the ground.


General Comments

12 months ago I stopped ordering from ANY retailer who used City Link because our local branch in Gloucester has let me down in the past.
However they now seem to be hiring more mature responsible drivers so I tentatively began again.
Aria is the no1 choice for me at the moment-but only by a knats wotsit, because of the high shipping cost
I've not yet had to return anything so their customer service is as yet unknown-ebuyers improved dramatically over the last 3 years.
