Good when their platform is working, customer service is reasonable with timely corrections.
Bad Points
During volatility, platform consistently fails.
General Comments
For the most part, the index works fine 65% of the time, suppose that is all one can expect. Would be better if the platform provide better execution. Would be better if there were no problems to concern customer service with.
