Alot of jobs advertised on their website
Bad Points
The consultant I deal with seems rude to me.
I have never received a return call when promised.
General Comments
I am dealing with a certain consultant in Hays. To say they seem abrupt and rude is an understatement.
I applied for a position advertised and they appeared rude to me on the phone. Told me they had no positions available at the moment. I went on their website and there was several positions available. Emailed the consultant about this to be told, all positions were filled. Surely this is false advertising on their web page?

Sounds exactly like my experience with Hays in Preston. There is one consultant I keep having to deal with who speaks to me like I'm scum, even though I've had great feedback from the companies I've worked for through them. They don't care about candidates and unfortunately have the brand name everybody knows, so still get the majority of jobs.
