General Comments
We bought our new kitchen from magnet at the beginning of the year; at first everything was very impressive, the designer seemed to be very sincere and helpful, this however we felt changed the moment the deposit for the kitchen was placed, a catalogue of errors made by the designer ,was made worse by the fact that when we called to say that things were going wrong, I felt he had a total disregard for the fact that our dream kitchen was tuning into a nightmare and that I thought it was his fault, he tried to pass the blame saying there was delays on certain items which later we found out to be a total fabrication,
In the end we lost all hope of this designer solving our problems, and we asked to be put in contact with someone who could deal with the problems that we had been facing, we spoke to one of the other designers, although he had not been our designer he promised that he would do his best to get the issues resolved as soon as possible, for the 1ts time since this whole saga began, we felt that we were being listened to at last, he promised to get back to us the next day with a date for completion of the outstanding items, which he did, the kitchen was finished within 5 days of speaking to this designer , at last things where finished and we had the kitchen that we had been saving for for years, we would like to say that Magnet kitchens have a great product and we are very pleased with the end result,, and in the end we finally got the customer service that we expected, even though it was from another designer,
Would we buy another magnet kitchen?? Yes!! But definitely NOT off the same initial designer
