General Comments

I have an impeccable driving record, and so our first quote was good. Once we were in, with no claims or accidents, they hiked and hiked the costs. Then we changed from a group 8 car to a group 1 car (Fiat Panda). Guess what, they said the difference was £30 a year!
So we went elsewhere - then they told me after I had cancelled, oh , there's a £50 admin charge. Come on, 5 minutes work on a computer does not cost that. I complained - they wouldn't even discuss it or reply.
I would never even recommend them to anyone - GO ELSEWHERE.
