Good to use as a 'Saucepan with a tight fitting lid'. Well made.
Bad Points
Too small to use as a pressure cooker, There is insufficient volume to allow for food , liquid and adequate steam pressure.
The heat must be micro controlled constantly to prevent the safety valve releasing.
General Comments
I think the Butterfly Elite is too small, see above. If the heat is not regulated precisely the pressure valve releases. Also high heat easily rises up the sides and burns the rubber seal as the diameter of the base is not wide enough.
