It seems that they talk themselves up to a very high standard but do not seem to believe that they have to do any work to sell your property.
They just keep telling me to lower the price - I could sell my own property just by lowering the price.
I cannot believe Your Move in the Portishead area did this.
BUT they posted our keys back to us when the contract was terminated.
The keys to the property in an envelope with the full address. Do not use your move - they appear to have no common sense.
We had to change all the locks.
