Rates on meters often dearer than advertised
General Comments
I checked the rates my meter was charging, and also that of my neighbour. Both of us were being overcharged. Spent hours and hours on phone to report fault, they sent new key to correct, but it didn't work, back on the phone, hours on end, sending an engineer out 4 weeks time.
How they get a top rating for customer service is a mystery to me.
