General Comments

When picking up car at Dollar Atlanta, I was told that there were additional costs which were 'not optional'. I pointed out the Car Hire Agency agreement, but was told that I had to pay for the additional services.
Upon returning from the holiday I spoke to Car Hire Agency and emailed through copies of all the relevant documents.... five months later with me constantly having to follow up, they still haven't done anything. They refuse to provide me a refund of the additional costs unless they get the money back from Dollar Atlanta who in turn are claiming ignorance. Although the act of 'pushing' additional services is well known to any person who's hired a car, Car Hire Agency in my experience have shown no interest in customer satisfaction.
You're better off just shopping around directly with the various car hire companies.
