Bad Points

It's a no-frills website, I assume for maximum simplicity.


General Comments

It works for me. I've had to request new password details as I forgot mine, and they arrived by post a few days later. The interest rate seems quite stable, not wonderful but not awful either. They aren't a mortgage bank, which was important to me when some banks were close to failing! I can transfer monies between various accounts I've set up, so far without problem.
I just wanted an internet savings a/c an this seems fine. I haven't explored credit cards or anything else so can't comment about that.
