Good Points

Excellent Foods.
Excellent Departments.
Great Customer Services.


Bad Points

The only bad point I can see is that one of the counter staff asked me to get up from a area I was sitting down in (Apparently I was not meant to sit there but I have trouble standing sometimes) and she said Do you understand me you can't sit there, I was thinking I am disabled not a child.


General Comments

The customer services was excellent because I was walking down this isle and I fell over and the staff came over and was fussing around me asking me If I wanted a drink and directed me to a diner which was just around the corner which is what you call excellent customer services.

I will hopefully be returning to Harrods in Janaury for the sales.
