General Comments

Our wedding was in December 07 and the devastating fire was in October 07. My question is, at what point were the apparent excuses going to stop? I really would like to know where my money is.

Our story is similar to others, but I take little solace in the fact others had to suffer through the agony of waiting for nothing in return. In the months after our wedding, I traded many nice and nasty emails with Jennifer Miller Natural Portraits who only seemed to have excuses for not having our pictures that all centered around the life-changing, traumatic, devastating fire. To rub salt in the wound, I was made to feel like I had no right demanding what I paid for!

If you can't tell, I am still extremely bitter about this situation. I'm only writing this because there were many couples before us AND many after us who have had the same experience.

For those who have not contacted the lab in Islamorada (Cam Plus), please be prepared to pay more money to release your photos and negatives. If that isn't enough, out of the photos we received, there were only a handful of quality shots that we could use to showcase our wedding.
