Good Points

The airline attendants were very courteous, It's great that they serve good food on the plane. Employees looked very professional


Bad Points

The lack of communication between airports and staff when our luggage was lost. Not very helpful in directing to right persons to contact or even trying to contact some one was very hard because there was either no answer or they would direct us to some one else.


General Comments

Overall a 5, Good service except the lost luggage issue which was a hassle to resolve with airline.
