Will never apologise for delays.
Do not keep its customers informed about delays - simple courtes.
General Comments
I've flown with Air Jamaica twice which is enough for me to say that the flight crews display a poor attitude. Rude and not afraid to show it is the general attitude to those who are keeping them in work. As a national airline Air Jamaica is a disgrace and needs to get itself in order very quickly.
