love the fridge its just that its poorly made


General Comments

purchased the rs21 with the black glass finish in oct 06 paid near ' 2000 for in and matched the rest of kitchen applinances too it.Sept 08 noticed fridge not working right and began to investagate only then noticed about 30 hairline cracks around light switch and top shelf,contacted samsung and after 3 weeks they send out a engineer. Samsung now want to replace the fridge with a model thats only 50% of the price of the rs21.we told samsung it was not acceptable and they offered us a full price credit note with the orginial retailer .only now we cant get a fridge in black to match the other 4 grands worth of applinances.
