They do sell excellent products at a reasonable price. When there was a problem with the product I bought, they were very slow to respond, I had to pay the £11 postage for the return MYSELF and one month on, I am STILL waiting for the promised replacement.

It is difficult to get any help, they just don't seem bothered, even though it's a manufacturer fault and the actual manufacturer told me that replacing the faulty product would not be a problem. I really am not impressed.
