I found out by accident that the hotel is currently closed for refurbishment. Sandals seemed very helpful in offering an alternative if I booked direct with them. As I booked with Thomas Cook I have been waiting 66 hours so far to try and see where I might end up. I am supposed to fly on Monday (2 1/2 days time) and will be asking for my money back this afternoon if I don't soon get told where I am going - Thomas Cook - never again! I will book with Sandals directly in the future. It sounded a great place if I'd ever made it there....

I found this review helpful because we are due to visit next week and guess what - it's closed for refurbishment! However full credit to Virgin holidays who contacted us the same day they knew (this Monday) and have told us which hotel we are now going to (Royal Caribbean)
