After being told in Lisbon our flight was delayed (no time given) we left 2 hours later arriving in Madrid were the customer service rep. told customers our luggage would be forwarded to our final destination after arriving in Jerez, the luggage was not put on the follow on plane...no problem, the problem is I called the next day to Madrid 'customer service-luggage' and they could not file a claim/locate my luggage and told me to drive to the local airport (30 km away) which told me when I got there I could NOT file a claim. an argument insued and finally my bag was located, verified the contents and supposedly sent a request to have it sent to XRY...that was two weeks ago over 30 phone calls/emails to Iberia and they are STILL telling me they need to 'verify the contents and put on the next plane." You would be better off walking/driving if you cannot use ANY other airline, Iberia is terrible.
