the range in the autumn/winter catalogue is extensive, up to the minute fashion for all ages, and the prices are acceptable.
there is no e.mail helpline. nor can I find a local telephone number for queries to be answered. 0844 tel. nos. may be useful for the company but very expensive for the customer.
On a very regular basis from La Redoute I receive letters, brochures, and discount vouchers through the post. e.mail messages also arrive constantly.
I find these are useless without personal help with a query.
If they cannot provide this service then i shall not be ordering from them again. I would like them to take my name off their mailing list to save us both a lot of time and money.
