Where do I start.


General Comments

Had my car crashed into while I was in bed, called e-car claims and was passed around several different companies. The person that hit my car is uninsured so I have to claim through my own insurance. I have spent 4 hours on the phone being passed from pillar to post and being given 15 different numbers to contact. I am still none the wiser as to what is happening with my car and have called the accident repair centre to return the car to me until I have it from e-car what is happening to my car, will it be a write off or will they repair it. I also paid for additional cover for a hire car in cse anything happened to my car and as of yet I have no hire car and have been told as the other driver is uninsured I wont get a car. I wouldn't recommend e-car to anyone and wouldn't ever insure with them again.
