Good Points

I have had Direct Line Fully Comprehensive Insurance for years and find they are the best on. Price, and Customer Care. I also have House Insurance, Plus Law Cover.


Bad Points

Nothing.


General Comments

In 2006 I had a Head on collision not my fault I was seriously injured. While I was in hospital, DL took care of the storage and had the car assed for damage, within days I was told the write off price I would get, I agreed and got the Cheque within days.
I was given a solicitor of there choosing. I had a limit of £1000,000 for legal expenses, the case was finally ended in 2008, Top marks to Direct Line.
