Good Points

Fitter was a nice man


Bad Points

I found it to be overpriced
Seemingly poor quality materials used
I experienced poor Customer Service
Didn't fit extractor fan when shower room clearly needs one.
Insisted we still owed them money when we didn't. Eventually sorted because we luckily had proof that we didn't.


General Comments

Problem is that in our area nobody seemed capable of installing a wet room except Dolphin.

I feel that the salesman's apparent lack of interest once we had signed and paid should have alerted us to what lay ahead.

Their move from Bilston to Manchester meant that the Customer service seemed none existent for us.

If we were doing it again and we had known what we know now, then we wouldn't even considered Dolphin.
