Customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced


General Comments

First they lost my computer in the delivery and I only received the monitor. Then they sent a computer without a modem that I specifically asked for. Then they said I had to receive this computer and then send it back if I did not want it and they would only reorder the correct item once I had sat at home received it, and sat at home again to have it picked up. So I received it and then had to sit at home again to wait for UPS to deliver the modem. I have had 3 days off work to sit and wait for these items. Now I am waiting for installations to call to send an engineer to come and fit the modem. I just called customer services, as I have not heard from installations, and he told me I have to fit the modem myself!! When I protested I wanted an engineer he cut the phone off!!! I have never ever experienced such dreadful customer srevice - I have spent hours on the phone always someone telling me a different story. I have sent endless emails and I have had 3 days off work to try to sort out this mess. I cannot begin to say how angry it has made me and how much I hate DELL.
