They seem to know nothing. NO call logs, nothing to prove conversation took place.


General Comments

I was involved in this minor incident which produced only tiny scratch on both cars.
After exchanging details with other driver I thought I should inform Tesco about incident. I did and I did tell them not to make a claim. I said it loudly. However days later I have received a phone call from some third party people asking for incident details? I have made sure I asked them if other party made a claim against me but he did not. Now Tesco liability dept has been calling me for the same details and it all seemed like someone has made a claim BUT THEY DID NOT. I have been told by that dept they might claim... MIGHT? BUT THEY DID NOT! Letter for excess payement arrived,another letter saying claims form will arrive...but I did say I did not want to claim... I am tired and skint as all of these 7 tel numbers were 0845 prefix. I am beeing harassed to make that claim so that they can increase my premium and of course I would loose my no claims bonus, but this is not going to finish without fight. I am going to complain to FOS because why should I claim if I do not want to and other side has not done it.
Some people might have good experience with this insurer but I hate them. As soon as one year is up...I am gone. 'Every little (does not) help'.
