General Comments
I tried to migrate services to TalkTalk but they got it all wrong and I ended up with no phone line for over a month.
Finally I gave up and went to a different provider but Talktalk had trouble releasing my line, even though they couldn't get me connected!
Eventually they accepted their mistakes, in writing and I got a new service provider.
Six months later they are still sending me bills for a connection fee and "service charges" I have written and written to them. I have repeatedly phoned them, to no avail
Eventually they accepted the error and confirming I owe nothing. Now after all of that I have got a threatening letter from a debt collecting agency acting for them. Well take me to Court and lets see who wins!
