Guest's review of Thomas Cook, Royal Rhapsody

★★★★☆

“Overall a very good experience but maybe not a 5*...”

Written on: 13/11/2008

Good Points
The Royal Rhapsody is only a small boat so you easily get to know everyone on board both staff and other travellers. The food is good and staff very friendly and helpful

Bad Points
we had a standard cabin which was small but adequate unfortunately it was on the lower level below reception just above the engines which made it noisy and you could feel the vibrations when the engines were running often late at night and early morning. I would recommend upgrading to at least a junior suite to be on the level above

General Comments
Overall a very good experience but maybe not a 5* because it is in need of some updating. The crew were much more friendly than on the Prince Abbas which is where we spent the following 4 nights but the rooms were a lot nicer on the Prince Abbas.
