Good Points

As a whole i have had little problem with ticket master.


Bad Points

Recommending a bogus site.


General Comments

Tried to get extra tickets for Tina Turner concert at M.E.N Arena. Ticketmaster recomended getmein.com who recomended masterticket.com. This has turned out to be a bogus site and i have lost £150 + postage. I trusted a so called reputable company to help me and they let me down i will not use them again.
