Can't think of any at the moment.

No communication of deals to exsisting customers.
General Comments
I have always had to make my own decisions on how to invest and where to put my money as Barclays have never intervene so when I proudly produced my large inheritance cheque to the vacant and bored looking cashier I thought she would introduce me to the manager or to advise me on some deals but no, she didn't batter an eyelid, that afternoon I spent time on the internet and sorted it out myself with other various Banks, Barclays have still not noticed that the cash went in and out, that was three months ago.
